Welcome aboard! We’re Kris Kerns and Erin Turner, a mother-daughter duo passionate about helping you plan unforgettable travel experiences. Together, we own and operate a CruiseOne travel agency franchise, specializing in ocean and river cruises to destinations all over the world. With over two decades of expertise, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and creating stress-free travel planning for our clients.

Kris began this journey in 1997, building the foundation of our family business with her dedication, hard work, and love for travel. In 2013, Erin joined the team, bringing her own fresh perspective and commitment to making every client’s vacation exceptional. Over the years, our strong focus on client relationships and the trust of loyal referrals has placed us in the top 2% of CruiseOne/Dream Vacations franchises nationwide. We’re honored by this recognition, but our true reward comes from the smiles and stories of our clients as they return from their adventures.

Our team wouldn’t be complete without Allison Yaeger, who joined us in 2020. Erin is a highly experienced travel professional and passionate cruise specialist with CruiseOne. With over 200 cruises sailed, Erin brings unparalleled knowledge and firsthand experience to her work, helping clients create unforgettable vacations at sea.

As the co-owner of a successful family-run travel business with her mom, Kris Kerns, Erin blends expertise with a warm, personalized approach. Alongside their dedicated associate, Allison Yaeger, they specialize in crafting customized cruise experiences, from romantic getaways to multi-generational family trips and everything in between.

Erin’s life is as dynamic as her career. When she’s not planning dream vacations, you can find her enjoying some of her favorite hobbies, including Pilates, paddleboarding, reading, playing card games, and seeking out thrill-inducing adventures. Whether it’s zip-lining through a rainforest or glacier hiking in Alaska, Erin’s love of exploration inspires her to help others experience the world in exciting ways.

Always on the move, Erin often works at her treadmill desk, combining her commitment to staying active with her passion for creating exceptional travel experiences. Her goal is to ensure every client receives top-notch service, from the first consultation to the moment they return home with lifelong memories.

Based in Florida, Erin is dedicated to providing personalized service, insider tips, and stress-free planning for all her clients. With her deep knowledge of the cruise industry and adventurous spirit, Erin is the perfect partner for your next journey.

Allison Yaeger

Vacation Specialist

Allison Yaeger has been an associate with CruiseOne since 2020 and specializes in creating personalized vacations for families, couples, and friend groups. She plans everything from Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando vacations to all-inclusive Caribbean resorts, custom and guided European tours, and cruises around the world.

Allison loves helping her clients craft trips that fit their unique travel styles and dreams. As a wife and mom of two—a kind-hearted 8-year-old son and a spunky 7-year-old daughter—she understands how important it is to make every moment count. Her own family’s favorite ways to travel are sailing on a Royal Caribbean cruise or spending a magical week at Walt Disney World.

When she’s not planning vacations, Allison enjoys reading, crocheting, and playing board games with her family. She’s also an adoring cat mom to two furry sidekicks who keep things interesting at home.

With a passion for travel and a commitment to exceptional service, Allison is dedicated to helping every client create their own unforgettable vacation memories.
